Priority: Health & Safety Minimize

Our Culture:

At Triple C Project Services, we consider our people to be our greatest company asset, and that belief is the driving factor behind our commitment to safety. Our approach to managing safety is founded on the very principles that OSHA Regulations are written, which is to control unsafe acts and conditions to prevent injuries and accidents from occurring. The ultimate goal of our daily operations is to assure that each of our employees be in a safe and healthful work environment, and will leave work at the end of each day in the same health as when they arrived. The benefits of this approach are passed on to our clients in terms of lower operating cost, better morale and productivity, and reduced distractions brought on by having injuries and accidents on our projects.

To accomplish our safety goals, we utilize a comprehensive base of policies and procedures designed to prevent and mitigate unsafe conditions before they can manifest into accidents. These policies and procedures are communicated and put into motion through a training program which includes:

• New hire Industrial Safety Council orientations

• OSHA 30 Hour training for management personnel

• OSHA 10 Hour training for all field trades

• Emphasis training for exposures such as fall protection, ladders, scaffolds, trenching, electrical equipment operation, and cranes / rigging.

Other controls utilized to assure our safety program is effective include:

• completion of daily JSA’s

• A formal safety audit process

• Measures of both positive and negative enforcement for safety observations

• Incident reporting, which includes near misses

Safety Performance

As a testament to our safety culture, Triple C Project Services enjoys a long track record of working injury free. We have a current track record of over 5 years without one of our employees suffering a recordable injury. In addition, our EMR has been in a consistent decline to its current level of .74.
